We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights with my friend while attending the Adele concert. While I understand that hotels raise prices during big events, I felt that the rate we paid was quite excessive. The hotel’s design is absolutely stunning! There are so many beautiful details, and the quality of the furniture is top-notch. Every room has excellent noise isolation, so you won’t hear anyone else – it’s a really nice and peaceful experience. Our room was extremely small. Once the suitcase holder was in use, we couldn’t fully open the door, and the second suitcase had to be stored on the floor under a tiny table due to the lack of space. There was no wardrobe, which I found inconvenient since hanging all our clothes on the wall and shoes over the place wasn’t ideal. Overall, the room was just too cramped for two people. On the positive side, the bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were great. The breakfast was nice and it was good qality, with all the basic options covered. On our stay it was quite overcrowded but I gues it is because of the concert. I believe the experience would improve if guests were asked in advance what time they'd like breakfast. On two occasions, we had to wait for available seating. The location wasn't the most convenient for us, as it was a 30-40 minute walk to the city center( old town). While there is a tram station nearby, which we used frequently, the additional travel costs added up, especially when making multiple trips in one day. Taxi to city center from the hotel coast 20-25 eur. Overall, our stay had its highlights!

- Implacable design. Modern furniture and high-quality toiletries. - The room was extra big with nice panoramic view to the park - Delightful breakfast. Don’t remember this big selection of fish in any other 4 star hotel. - I had my birthday during the stay, and the stuff was so nice to check me in earlier. In the room I found a greeting card with best wishes and a lovely mini-dessert 💙 Many thanks to the team! - Tram stop and grocery store are right next to hotel entrance I’ve already recommended this hotel to all of my friends and can’t wait to come back 😍

The rooms are clean and fresh, the beds and pillows are super comfortable, there isn't any bad smell in the room, the view was also nice especially spending my NYE there and seeing all the fireworks around. The staff were super friendly, the design of the hotel common areas and the actual rooms were very nice and tasteful. The breakfast is amazing! Bonus points for having a juicer where you can make your healthy juice in the morning.

The location was amazing. The tram stops were just around the corner to old town and across the street. Easy to get to Ost Munchen station to take other trains to places like Salzburg etc. The breakfast was a good variety, fresh, they even had a juicer. Grocery stores close if you forgot something. Parking garage was great led straight up to the hotel! Not sure if it’s free because we parked there only after we checked out.

Dana

the room had windows on 2 walls, as it was located on one of the corners of the floos - the bed was comfortable - toiletries were sustainable - refillable full size products, not the typical individual packaged soaps etc - the breakfast had lots of options and we liked that one could get freshly made waffles, for examples
